Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free audit of the classes?
Yes, we do. Any prospective student is welcome to drop in for an audit on almost any night, as long as we have seating available. We request that you call us at (323) 988-1175 or send an e-mail to email@example.com to RSVP for the night you plan to attend. Our seating is limited, and we’d hate for you to show up and not have a place to sit. The class liaison will take down your information when you arrive that evening and can answer many questions you might have. Also, the teacher will be happy to talk with you before or after the class, or during the break. If you plan to stay for the entire class, assume that you’ll be with us for about three hours – plus, it’s probably a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins. You will not need to bring anything with you, but yourself.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, checks, and of course, cash. The payment is always due before your first class or coaching appointment, and if you are joining into an on-going class, payments are due the first class of each month. If your first class of an ongoing class is in the middle of the month, the payment will be pro-rated to bring you up to the next month.
I’m just starting out. Which class do you recommend for me?
We get this question a lot. It really depends on what you’re looking for, and what type of class you’re most interested in. Some involve a greater degree of “self-work” and personal exercises, while others are more scene oriented. Any of our adult classes are suitable for any level, because of the approach we take. Our classes are not like most others in Hollywood – and even students who have been studying for years will find this material to be new, and unique from their previous studies. The best way to find out which is best for you is to audit one or more of those that interest you – your own first-hand experience will tell you a lot, and we will be more than happy to guide you from there.
You say that some of your clients are A-list Hollywood stars. Who are they?
While we completely understand your curiosity, our goal is to respect the privacy of our clients. Many actors, both famous and non, go to an acting coach from time to time or study in a class, but they may not want that information leaked out into the public. We make it a policy to never publicly post the names of any of our clients without their prior consent. In fact, we treat each class as a “sacred space” – and every student and visitor is bound to adhere to these rules. Often private information is divulged in the room, and we want each of our clients to feel secure and safe in talking amongst their peers. Any comments or information you find on this site has been given over voluntarily by our clients with their permission.
