We’re having a special guest return to Studio C to talk about headshots in July – Nancy Jo Gilchrist. Nancy did a presentation a little while back, and everyone who attended really liked it. For those who were there for the last presentation, she’s going to continue on where she dropped off – working on the mirror exercise. For those who missed it last time, she’ll be covering everything – and you’ll get a chance to do your headshot evaluation at the very end. Best part is – this is a FREE one.
The details are below – just know that we will be starting promptly at 6:00p, so that we can finish in time for our regular Tuesday night class. Please RSVP soon so we can make sure to get you on the list.
FREE GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION
Photographer Nancy Jo Gilchrist
This is NOT a presentation about acting! Nancy will talk to you about how to have a GREAT headshot taken, regardless of who’s taking it, and how to turn your new skill into immediate success. Learn how to save two years of your life by avoiding avoidable mistakes. Learn how to work with your agent while maintaining your sense of self in the process. Areas of discussion will include: How many LOOKS do I need as an actor? Should I change my current look before I shoot new headshots? What can I do to prepare for a headshot session? What made Nancy Jo’s successful clients stand out from everyone else? And of course any other questions you may need answered.
(Nancy wants you to know that this is NOT a session to sell you on taking new headshots with her. This class is to learn and will help you take shots with anyone.)
Date: Tuesday, July 16th, 2013
Time: 6:00 pm
Duration: Approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours
Materials: Bring your current headshot for an honest evaluation!
