NEELY GURMAN NAMED HEAD OF CASTING FOR STUDIO C ARTISTS

Casting Director Neely Gurman To Take Over All Casting Duties

Hollywood, CA (November 21, 2017) Studio C Artists is pleased to announce that casting director Neely Gurman will be replacing Michael Sonntag as Head of Casting effective immediately. Ms. Gurman will be in charge of all of the casting related duties at the Hollywood-based studio. Mr. Sonntag has recently announced his departure from the company due to personal reasons.

With over 15 years of hands-on casting experience, Neely Gurman has behind the scenes knowledge of what it takes to book. She started out in casting TV sitcoms and has made her way up to an independent movie casting director. Ms. Gurman has worked on shows such as According to Jim, Four Kings, Jake in Progress, One on One, City Guys and other pilots. She has also worked on such movies as The Whole Ten Yards, Grind, Eulogy, Dead Awake, Meet My Valentine, The Perfect Daughter, Hush Little Baby, Love Always Santa, Miss 2059, and will be casting another indie movie starting January 2018. In addition, she’s also worked various independent commercials and music videos.
