Diane Perez Entertainment
Diane Perez has more than 20 years in the entertainment business.
Diane started her training in the mailroom at the William Morris angency, but moved up quickly to become assistant agent. From there, she then went on to Cunningham, Slevin, Escott, Doherty – one of the largest commercial agencies in the country. After a couple of years there, Diane was asked to co-head the Voice Over Division. In addition to those responsibilities, she also created the Adult Theatrical Department and the Latin Division.
Although she was extremely successful at Cunningham, Diane set her sites on a warmer climate and relocated to Los Angeles to become a manager with the legendary producer and manager Hilly Elkins. While working with Elkins, Diane was a offered a position to head up a division at J. Michael Bloom & Associates returning to her agenting roots. A year after J. Michael Bloom & Associates closed it’s doors, Diane was asked with a couple of other agents to start up another talent agency called MKS & Associates.
After Septermber 11th, Diane decided that she really wanted to go back into management to be able to focus on a few individual talents. In October 2001, Diane opened her management company. She feels that in order to give each client the time and attention they deserve and to best utilize her talents and expertise, she keeps her client list small. Due to the success of the company and having clients on both coasts, Diane is opening a New York office next year. Diane is also currently co- producing two feature films with her clients.
