Rental Information

Our studio is available for rental on a first-come, first serve basis.  It is perfect for acting classes, casting director workshops, auditions, and performances that don't require sets (i.e., sketch comedy show, black box theater, etc.).

The studio features:

• 40 seats on risers and the floor (can be expanded to 50 seats in the round)
• 16.5 sq. ft. stage area (on flat level - no step up)
• Lighting on dimmers

The studio is not rented on an hourly basis at night, but rather for the whole night from 6:30pm on.  Our rates are very competitive - CALL FOR DETAILS.

• rentals for performances, filming, or any function where there is an audience or where food is served will be charged a premium
